Jack Tan

CMO (Chief Marketing Officer)

With 20+ years of expertise in marketing, branding, and advertising, Jack has established a distinguished career marked by numerous international advertising awards. His extensive tenure includes pivotal roles in FUTU and Huawei focusing on branding and user growth.

Guoliang Hao

CBO (Chief Business Officer)

15+ years experience in banking and digital assets industry, including Credit Suisse, Credit Agricole, Binance and KuCoin, leading businesses on Payments, OTC, and localisation of licensed crypto exchanges.

Ivan Wong

CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Mr. Wong has over 16 years of extensive experience in investment banking, strategic M&A, and technology industry. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Wong held key positions in various global investment banks, leading technology group, and management consulting company, including Morgan Stanley Asia Limited, Ant Group and the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Wong received his master’s degree in financial engineering from Columbia University and bachelor’s degree in quantitative finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Eugene Cheung

CIBO (Chief Institutional Business Officer)

With a career spanning over 20 years in traditional finance and digital assets, Eugene served as Vice President and Head of Institution at Bybit, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the company as one of the top three global digital asset exchanges. His experience also includes leadership positions at Tradeweb, where he spearheaded initiatives such as Bond Connect, and CME Group, where he significantly expanded the company’s presence in China.

Marc Newman

CISO (Chief Information Security Officer)

15+ years experience as a cyber security leader in diverse industries including online gaming, private defence, and digital assets.

Karen So

Head of Legal and Compliance

20+ years of experience in senior legal and compliance roles at a global crypto derivatives exchange and Goldman Sachs.

Lawrence Lee (LEE KAM HUNG) BBS, JP

Chairman of the Board and Non-executive Director

Lawrence has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked for 46 years at Baker McKenzie, where he held several key positions, including Chairman of the Hong Kong and PRC offices. His professional background and leadership skills will provide OSL with new perspectives and direction.

Grace Xu

Executive Director

Experienced audit, tax and accounting professional, Chinese Certified Public Accountant and Chinese Certified Tax Agent, with previous tenure at Guangdong Everbright Enterprise Group and Guangdong Tianjin Accounting Firm Co., Ltd.

Wilson Yang

Executive Director

Experienced in corporate finance, private and public fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions, with tenure at Keifu Fund, Gao Teng Wo Ying, and Roho Fund.

Gary Tiu

Executive Director & Head of Regulatory Affairs

20+ years of experience as corporate legal counsel, including at Yunfeng Financial Group, Cantor Fitzgerald, Macquarie, and CITIC Capital.

15+ years of board-level experience in Guangdong Private Investment, Zhuhai Gaoteng Enterprise Management and Guangzhou Fengying Fund Management, Shanghai AllBright Law Firm, China Baoan Group, Liaoning Chengda Co and Mayinglong Pharmaceutical Group.

Huan Yang

Independent Non-Executive Director

10+ years of experience in senior management and investment roles at Morgan Stanley, Shenzhen Qianhai Junchuang Fund, and Shenzhen Chuangwei Investment Management Enterprise. Mr. Yang is currently the deputy general manager and investment partner of Shenzhen Chuangwei Investment Management Enterprise.
